With total venison volume up 13% year on year, Sainsbury’s sources 36% of it’s Taste The Difference venison from the wild. We were commissioned to photograph a press trip organised by Sainsbury’s to promote their wild venison range on the Glen Lyon Estate in Highland Perthshire. Attendees included journalists, food bloggers, industry influencers and in-house staff. The 2 day trip included a gruelling deer stalk on the hills and a visit to a processor with a butchery demo. Images were edited and delivered to client same-day for release to national press.
