Another frame from the aquaculture sector up in Shetland for Scottish Sea Farms. This chap here, John Henderson is super-obliging and as I recall this was one of the first frames of the day taken as soon as we made it out to farm. This farm sits in such a lovely part of Shetland and benefits form being very close to the shore base. Photographed on a standard lens with a reasonably shallow depth of field the aspect I love most about this frame is the wee breath of air that shows how chilly it is. I absolutely love these elements that further reinforce the narrative in a shot. I really like the cool quality to the light in this frame too and the leading lines drawing eyes to the subject and hero of the frame.
