Scottish Sea Farms are pioneers in the farming of superior quality Scottish salmon, reared with unrivalled husbandry in an arduous and challenging environment. Following a £173m purchase of Grieg Seafood Shetland in December 2021 I travelled up to Shetland in October 22 to capture some of the new faces and farms now held within SSF’s estate.
