Scottish Sea Farms are pioneers in the farming of superior quality Scottish salmon, reared with unrivalled husbandry in an arduous and challenging environment. I have collaborated with them for a number of years now and have a real grasp of the aquaculture sector – as such I think I’ve created some of my most dynamic images whilst working with them. As Covid restrictions eased we visited some of their Orkney and Shetland farms and installations to further add to the library of images and create new content for a worldwide seafood exposition. Conditions were mixed but a warm welcome was assured and we created some real engaging content.
